Ryan Green is a Northeast Texas native and full‑time real estate professional specializing in rural land, hunting properties, recreational tracts, timberland, and small‑town commercial real estate across Northeast Texas and Southwest Arkansas. With deep roots in the region and years spent exploring its woods, lakes, and backroads, Ryan brings a level of local insight that buyers and sellers rely on.
Before real estate, Ryan worked as a lineman throughout Texas and the Southern states, gaining rare firsthand knowledge of remote areas, rural infrastructure, and “off the beaten path” properties. That experience allows him to identify land with potential that many agents overlook — from secluded hunting tracts to high‑visibility commercial sites along key East Texas corridors.
Outside of work, Ryan enjoys dirt track racing, ATV trail riding, and spending time with his family at their lake house in the Ouachita Mountains. He and his wife, Kristi, are raising four children — Kailee, Mason, Sutton, and Jett — and are proud to call Northeast Texas home yet find themselves on Lake Greeson or in the Ouachita mountains more times than not.
